FAQ

What do I need to bring to my session?

We have everything you may need to get your project going. If you want to work on an existing project you can bring your laptop or a hard drive with your session files or any external gear. Please make sure to bring a USB or hard drive to move any files if you use our computer.

What are the hours of operation?

Tuesday to Friday: 11am - 8pm

Saturday: 12pm - 6pm

A staff member will always be on-site during your session.

Can I hire a technician for my session?

Yes, you can hire a technician for an additional $20/hr. The technician is only available to help you set up for your session and not for creative output or collaboration.

Am I allowed to bring friends?

Yes, absolutely. We just ask that you keep it to 5 people max in the room.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Non-alcoholic drinks are fine but we kindly ask that you don't bring food and alcoholic drinks.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must provide 24 hours notice to receive a full refund.
